Access and claim policy

• Duration: No time expiry while the applicable PlayNexus service and entitlement remain available; one-time purchase.
• Fresh-wipe lock: the kit unlocks 18 hours after wipe.
• Cooldown: 168 hours.
• Wipe cap: 1 claims per player, tier and wipe.

Important rules

• Only your highest active tier can be claimed. Monthly and Lifetime access to the same tier share one wipe allowance; their kits do not stack.
• Delivery is fixed and deterministic: there are no random rewards.
• Diamond delivery: start with an empty inventory. If the full manifest does not fit in one batch, store the delivered items and run /kit diamond again to resume the same claim. This does not consume a second wipe claim or bypass the cooldown.
• Refunds or chargebacks revoke future access linked to the transaction. Already delivered consumables are not removed or duplicated.
• Use the Steam account that should receive the entitlement. Prices exclude applicable VAT; checkout is handled by Tebex.
